1. Journal

 

Taking a few moments each day, or even spending some time, with pen and paper can bring about so much clarity, perspective, and efficiency. It’s a great way maintain a clear mind and be entertained by the slow movement of translating your thoughts into written expression. Need a place to start? 2. Feedly

 

Feedly is one of our favorite apps at Ease. It’s a news aggregator app that allows you to place all your favorite blogs, entertainment, and news all in one place. The user interface is so simple and easy to use. We love taking a few moments daily to find a place to settle in, read posts from some of our favorite creatives, and find rest + relaxation.

 

3. Meditation

 

Our morning would not be complete without meditation. It helps us maintain a clear mind, set priorities, and find productivity each day. Taking time to simply let ourselves breathe is one of the best ways to find rest + relaxation and get into the habit of practicing it daily.

 

4. Oil Diffuser

 

Just as finding rest in the morning is important, making time for it at night is equally as important. As we begin to settle in and go through our beauty routine, we love starting up our oil diffuser to create a restful environment. Currently we are loving rosemary scent.

 

5. Hydration

 

Do you ever feel tired, irritated, or unproductive? Often times these symptoms can be a lack of water. Ensure that you are properly hydrated throughout the day so that you find balance, maintain a steady workflow, and have time for rest & relaxation without the feeling of overwhelm.
